REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Returns / REFUND / EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we have a no return/refund/exchange policy unless an item is deemed faulty. We do not return/refund/exchange due to change of mind, placing an order incorrectly. Please make sure that you choose carefully.
If your rose bear is faulty, you must notify BeaRose within 24 hours of delivery. Any claims received later than 24 hours after delivery will be rejected.
If an item is faulty we will request photo images via email to email@example.com from you with your attached order number. If approved your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
If you would like to reorder the item and it is not available at the time, it will take approximately a period of 4-8 weeks to restock this item for you.
Some petals may fall out during shipment. These issues will not be considered as a product fault. Simply apply some kraft (non-acid based) or super glue to the petal and simply attach.
If the item is faulty in this case we will process your refund back onto the same card/payment method that you originally placed the order from. This will need to be requested from the original buyer, not the recipient gifted to.
NOTE: Due to the handling of the rose bears when it is in transit, some of the rosebuds may fall out. Please use the glue stick with a glue gun and simply glue them back together. Alternatively, you can use super glue to stick the rosebud back together. Please note that we will not consider this as a fault in the product.
PRE ORDER DEPOSITS
We do not refund pre order deposits. As this is a special request by you, we do not take responsibility for change of mind or change of circumstances. Your deposit will not be refunded nor can be transferred to/for any other purchases.
